Bob Boles joined Hostway in early 2014, having most recently served as Senior Vice President of IT Infrastructure Services for Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he drove dramatic growth by leading a move into the data center and cloud services space. In addition to Cognizant, his background includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Pegasus Solutions, and founding and leading a managed services company called AimNet Solutions that served the SMB market and was acquired by Cognizant in 2006.

He also worked in various senior leadership capacities at IBM Global Network Services, and its successor, AT&T Global Network Services. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania.

Kurt Phillips joined Hostway in early 2015, arriving from ShopperTrak, where he was the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. As a highly accomplished CFO with 15 years in finance within technology companies, Phillips' background includes management of financial, operational and strategic aspects of growing technology companies.

Prior to joining ShopperTrak, Kurt was the Vice President of Finance and Controller for Townsend Analytics, where he developed and directed all of the company’s finance and accounting functions. Phillips, who resides in the Chicago area, holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin, and is a licensed CPA.

Bart HJ De Maertelaere joined the Hostway team in early 2015, moving over from Emtec, where he was CIO and Managing Director for the Infrastructure/Managed Services practice and the Business, Cloud and IT Service Management Practice. Before that, he was with Ciber, where he ran the Technology and Global Operations functions for the IT Outsourcing Division, which was sold to SAVVIS/CenturyLink.

He spent a total of seven years with Unisys, joining them in 2004 as a Partner to run the European Security Business, then moving to the Global Portfolio Team for the IT Outsourcing Business. He entered the Belgian Royal Military Academy in 1983 and graduated with a Masters’ Degree in Aeronautical Sciences in 1988. He served as an Officer in the Belgian Air Force and NATO until 1999. Bart and his family reside in Austin, TX.

Tony Savoy has over 15 years of experience in Managed Hosting, IT Outsourcing, and Cloud Computing and joins us from VMware where he was the Sr. Director of the Strategic Program Management Office and Compliance Programs for vCloud Air (formerly vCloud Hybrid Service). Prior to VMware Tony worked for Verizon Terremark where he was the Sr. Director of Cloud Products for the Enterprise Cloud, Enterprise Cloud Express Edition, Enterprise Cloud Managed Edition, Enterprise Cloud Private Edition, Enterprise Cloud Federal Edition, and CloudSwitch.

Before Verizon's acquisition of Terremark in 2011 Tony led the Product Management organization responsible for managed hosting, managed security, colocation, managed network services, managed storage & backup, and cloud computing. Tony holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of North Texas. He resides in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area with his family.

John Enright joined Hostway in late 2014 to head up the Web and Application Services business division, bringing more than 20 years of hosting industry leadership experience to the role. A visionary in the hosting space, Enright founded one of the first North American hosting companies, ValueWeb, in 1994, increasing revenue to more than $20 million before the company merged with Affinity Internet.

At Affinity, Enright led successful product and portfolio diversification projects and brought on key strategic partners, growing channel revenue from 10% to 40% of total revenue. Prior to joining Hostway, Enright was the Chief Operating Officer of LimeLabs, a global Internet incubator, and most recently served as President of HostMySite, the small business division of Hosting.com.

Jay Newman arrived at Hostway in late August, 2015, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in sales and sales leadership. He was most recently the Chief Sales Officer at Cologix, where he led their demand generation strategy, distribution, and sales execution for data center colocation and interconnection services. Jay was previously Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Sales at Peer 1 Hosting, where he oversaw significant growth across the United States, Canada and Europe in every brand – cloud, colocation and bandwidth, managed and dedicated hosting.

He also served as Rackspace Hosting’s Vice President of Enterprise Field Sales, where he directed a new sales segment for hosting services into midsize to Fortune 500 companies. Newman graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Science in Microbiology. The Tulsa, Oklahoma native currently resides in Wimberley, Texas.

Eric Milhizer joined Hostway in January, 2016, bringing over 20 years of marketing and product development experience from companies such as T-Mobile/MetroPCS, Verizon, Motorola and IBM. Most recently, Eric was Chief Marketing Officer at TruConnect, one of the country's fastest growing Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs): rebranding the entire company and increasing wireless sales by over 10 times in his first 10 months.

Prior to TruConnect, Eric was Vice President of Direct to Consumer Marketing at MetroPCS, where he was responsible for all National Retail sales and driving over $500 million in incremental annual revenue through direct marketing. Eric holds a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Northwestern University, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from SMU's Cox School of Business.

Jim Ciampaglio joined Hostway in late 2014 to drive channel partnership activities for all Hostway services, expanding Hostway’s relationships with existing partners and forming new alliances to accelerate additional growth through expanding the Hostway offerings to partners of all sizes.

Prior to joining Hostway, Ciampaglio led reseller and retail channel sales at Verio. His 20-plus years of experience in hosting and telecom also include key leadership roles with Verizon, FireHost, NaviSite and NeoSpire (acquired by Hosting.com). Selected as a CRN Channel Chief in 2013, Ciampaglio has set himself apart in the industry by implementing unique strategies that capitalize on industry changes while maximizing the specific needs of the customer.

Mike Robski is responsible for managing the design, development and maintenance of the internally developed Hostway systems and tools. In this role, he has led the successful design and development of Hostway’s OSS/BSS system; a uniform public API layer to manage all Hostway services; and advanced IaaS and PaaS cloud offerings.

As a Certified Scrum Master, he transitioned Hostway’s R&D division to agile development using Scrum. Previously, Mr. Robski was the Manager of Software Development at Fidelity Information Services until 2010, and Director of Software Engineering / Chief Architect at Rodopi Software until 2007, where he was responsible for implementing NGOSS (eTOM, SID) design principles, development procedures, coding standards and peer reviews. He holds M.S. of Computer Science from Tula State University and is member of Mensa and the Scrum Alliance.

Johan Cho is a lawyer admitted to the bar in New York State and British Columbia. Since 2001, he has been managing Hostway’s legal affairs in the United States, Canada, and various locations overseas. Johan advised Hostway through many complex corporate transactions and large-scale business deals, and developed Hostway’s legal policies and procedures.

He heads the legal department undertaking a broad range of responsibilities covering Hostway’s corporate, commercial, compliance, risk management, litigation, dispute resolution, employment, and intellectual property areas. Johan obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia and resides in Vancouver, Canada.

David Newton joined Hostway in early 2016 after 11 years with Terremark and Verizon. In his time with Terremark, he served as Vice President, Virtual & Cloud Platforms, and as Director, Shared Service, OSS & Administration. After Terremark’s acquisition by Verizon, he became Director of Global Infrastructure Operations and the Director, Engineering Services. His most recent post with Verizon was as Director of Governance & Compliance, focused on Federal Security Compliance.

David worked for managed hosting startup Data Return prior to its acquisition by Terremark as an Operational Manager and Technology Specialist.

David resides in Plano, Texas with his wife and family of five children. His interests include mountain biking and recreational hockey. On the weekends, David can be found on the trail or at the rink.

Steve Armond joined Hostway in 2016 with over 24 years of broad leadership experience in technology, healthcare and manufacturing sectors in both public and private business. Steve comes to Hostway from T-System, where during his 5+ years he financially led the company to results that included record revenue growth and EBITDA.

Prior to joining T-System, Steve was the Chief Financial Officer for American CareSource Holdings. During his tenure, Steve was responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial, investor relations, legal, human resources, and administrative operations. Steve was also CFO with Data Return for 5 years.

Data Return was a premier IT operations and Hosting company, primarily serving middle market companies. He led the company through five consecutive years of growth and profitability culminating in a successful strategic sale to Terremark, now a part of Verizon.

Michael Kaplan joined Hostway's board as its chairman in (January 2014). He's been with Littlejohn since 2005 and sits on its investment committee. He is currently on the board of CoActive Technologies, Hostway Corp., Unitek and PSC Industrial Holdings Corp. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and holds a J.D. with honors from the Columbia University School of Law.

Ramsay joined the Hostway board in (January 2014). He joined Littlejohn in 1997 and became a partner in 2000. He's been president of Littlejohn since January 2012, serving on the investment and risk oversight committees. Ramsay currently serves as a director on the boards of PlayPower, PendaForm, CoActive Technologies, SunSource, Soundview Maritime, Hostway Corp., Newgistics, Inc., Northwest Hardwoods, PSC Industrial Holdings and GSE Environmental. He received his B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Steven Kalter joined the Hostway board in (January 2014). He's been a vice president with Littlejohn since 2010, and also served as an associate with Littlejohn from 2002 to 2005. Kalter also serves on the board of SunSource. Prior to Littlejohn, he was a senior credit analyst at Longacre Fund Management, an equity research associate at CIBC World Markets, and an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston. Kalter earned a B.S., cum laude, in economics with a concentration in finance and management from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. He received an M.B.A. with highest distinction from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Denis Martin has been on Hostway's board since (January 2014). Martin serves as president of JAM Associates, which offers consulting to private equity firms interested in hosting technologies. Martin is a former EVP and CTO of the hosting company Navisite. He received a BA in Philosophy from Clark University and an MS in Information Systems Engineering from NYU Polytechnic University.

Rick Faulk has served on the Hostway board since September 2014. He is Chairman & CEO of Intronis and has more than 30 years of experience in executive management, sales, and marketing for some of the world's most successful SaaS and technology companies including j2 Global®, Mzinga, Cisco, WebEx, Intranets.com and PictureTel.

Prior to Intronis, Rick was General Manager for the Campaigner® brand at j2 Global®. As President & CEO of Mzinga, Rick helped build Mzinga into the market leader providing on-demand social software solutions to major global brands. Immediately before Mzinga, Rick was Chief Marketing Officer of WebEx Communications and President of WebEx Small Business where he was responsible for the company's worldwide go-to-market and customer acquisition strategies. Rick holds a BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
