What are the main differences between SiteMail and Hosted Exchange?
Hostway SiteMail is a high availability POP/IMAP Email service which includes web-based email client with shared calendars, shared contacts, tasks, and premium spam/virus filtering. SiteMail’s web-based interface is capable of sync with a desktop client like Outlook.

Will my files and email be secure?
Yes, security for our Exchange users is of utmost priority. Data is secured behind the managed firewall and backups are performed regularly. All transmissions between your Outlook and our Exchange servers are transmitted over secure HTTPS connections with the latest SSL encryption techniques. If encryption to external recipients is important to you, we provide Secure Email Encryption as an available feature. Plus, with Hostway's plans you get the spam and virus protection of McAfee Spam Filtering.
What is the Exchange outbound policy?
With our Hosted Exchange, you are allowed up to 100 recipients in one email and may send up to 300 emails in 30 minutes. The maximum attachment size is 50MB per email.
Can I add Exchange to my Cloud hosting or server account?
Definitely, Hostway offers Exchange accounts a la carte or as an add-on to any of our services.
How long does it take to set up hosted Microsoft Exchange service?

Can non-Microsoft mobile devices such as Iphone or Android be configured to sync with hosted Exchange?
Yes, Iphone/Ipad and Android devices come with Activesync already installed. It allows you to sync with our Hosted Exchange. By simply typing in a username and password, a user can seamlessly access their Exchange accounts using your mobile device.
For Blackberry users, BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) is available for your BlackBerry phone.
Can I control my Spam/Antivirus settings?
Absolutely! McAfee spam and virus filtering is included with every mailbox at no additional cost to detect and prevent spam and viruses. Users will receive a daily report on filtered messages and have control over whitelists and quarantines via a personal management portal.
Is an annual contract required?
No! You'll never have to sign a contract and can cancel at any time—all while saving money by not purchasing your own Exchange server and paying someone separately to maintain it.
Do you offer email marketing services?
