We monitor our data centers' HVAC, power, physical security, support system status and efficiency for maximum performance. Automatic monitoring technology allows us to set proactive warning systems to prevent issues.
Applications and Database
In order to monitor and optimize Web-centric applications and databases, we employ advanced software systems. We check a variety of variables around the OS and service components that affect the operating system's performance. Performance, applicability and storage usage are monitored using preset system metrics.
Process and Services
Clients rely on Hostway to measure and monitor infrastructure metrics. Therefore, Hostway's customized monitoring program allows for processing requests, job details, security incident, load balancing, and tracking and logging other Web activities.
Remote Monitoring
Hostway provides secure and efficient monitoring through a separate monitoring program for clients that require remote monitoring of their hosted infrastructure inside Hostway's IDC or from their own NOC.
