Smart Tip: Keep Your Domain Name Active
Without an active domain name, your domain-specific email accounts could go to waste. While your hosting and email plans will be renewed automatically, you must renew your domain name registration manually-even if you registered it with Hostway. Be sure to keep your domain name active by performing a "Whois" search in SiteControl.
To renew your domain name, simply login to SiteControl 60 days prior to your domain name expiration date and click on "Domain Name" in the left-side menu. Then click on "Renew Domain Name" under the "Domain Name Management" section. If you do not see the "Renew Domain Name" button, please contact Customer Service.
