New business unit will focus on enterprise class hosted infrastructure solutions for corporations, government agencies and utilities, software-as-a-service (SaaS) providers, and other online application companies.

Chicago, Illinois, October 21, 2009 — Hostway Corporation, one of the world's largest hosting and web application companies, announced today that it has formed a new business unit to provide dedicated and managed servers, cloud applications, colocation and other hosted computing and infrastructure solutions. This new unit has been given the name of "Hostway Enterprise Services" and will operate as a strategic business unit within the Hostway Corporation family of companies.
