Hostway is currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its product management team and help evolve the portfolio of Cloud Applications.  The Senior Product Manager of Cloud Applications will help define and execute the short and long term product strategy for a differentiated suite of compelling SaaS applications, delivered to customers directly and through partners.   The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery and management of product portfolios according to best practice product roadmap and timelines. System Administrator

To work as part of a team to develop and maintain Linux/Windows web hosting computer systems and report system statuses to management in both verbal and written formats. This position will strictly be a 3rd shift (Rotates every 2 weeks, schedule is Sunday – Wednesday 9 PM CST – 8 AM CST or Wednesday – Saturday 9 PM CST – 8 AM CST).

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with Technical Support to resolve all system related customer issues.
  • System monitoring, maintenance, and configuration on several variants of Linux, BSD and Windows 2003/2008.
  • Installation/configuration of equipment.
  • Install/monitor/administer new Internet access and/or application servers running several variants of Linux as well as Windows 2003/2008/2012.
  • Create trouble ticket and escalate appropriately.

Account Manager

Liaise between Channel Partner, Account Team and other internal departments to strengthen partner relationships, grow revenues and manage partner projects through implementation.

The Manager, Technical Support (Enterprise) will lead a team of technical support agents in delivering world class support and service to Hostway’s Managed Server/Enterprise customer base.  This position requires a strong customer focus as well as demonstrated management, advanced technical skills and strong leadership skills.

  • Includes support agent selection & interviewing process, development & coaching, and counseling/corrective action in accordance with company culture, processes and practices.
