As a member of the Hostway Marketing department, the Director, Channel Marketing is responsible for developing, executing, managing and measuring marketing strategies, partner acquisition campaigns, partner enablement programs and relationship management plans with Managed Hosting/Cloud Hosting resellers and referrer partners, SI firms, Agencies as well as, large enterprise partners such as telcos & MSOs.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual marketing and partner acquisition plans.
  • Align channel communication strategies with brand strategies.
  • Manage channel marketing budget and measurement of campaign ROI.
  • Lead partner-related launch efforts for products, services and platforms, especially our new to market Cloud Connex platform.

Senior Product Manager

Location: Chicago or San Antonio

Hostway is currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its product management team and help evolve the portfolio of Cloud Applications. The Senior Product Manager of Cloud Applications will help define and execute the short and long term product strategy for a differentiated suite of compelling SaaS applications, delivered to customers directly and through partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery and management of product portfolios according to best practice product roadmap and timelines. Cloud Administrator

Location: Austin, TX, Vancouver, BC

The Cloud Administrator is responsible for the daily support of Hostway’s FlexCloud product line. This position will monitor the health of the cloud environments through checks and statistics, evaluate the results, propose changes in design and/or procedures, and then work with the team to deploy any updates in accordance with Hostway’s change management program. The Cloud Administrator is responsible for resolving any cloud issues that are escalated outside of Support. The Cloud Administrator will work with the product management team to ensure any new features are rolled out properly to production. This position may also be called upon to provide Windows administrative support for Windows servers deployed in other product lines outside of the cloud.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and manage virtual machine resources for Hostway’s FlexCloud environment.
  • Configure and test high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery for FlexCloud.
  • Support customer’s cloud servers and environments with installation, configuration, patching, network and VLAN configuration, backups, system monitoring and alerts.

Reporting to the Manger, Systems Administration, the System Administrator I will be a member of the Systems Operations team contributing to the development and maintenance of Linux/Windows web hosting computer systems, the internal environments that the dept. is responsible for as well as reporting system statuses to management in both verbal and written formats. This position requires experience in Azure Cloud administration. In combination of support customer related issues with our web hosting and internal environments, the daily support and improvement of the Hostway Flexcloud (Azure Cloud) product line is to be expected. This includes resolving any cloud issues that are escalated outside of Support as well as work with product managers to roll out new features within the Cloud. The work schedule for this position will be Wednesday to Saturday 12 PM – 9 PM CST or Thursday to Sunday 12 PM – 9 PM CST. Data Center Facilities Technician

Location: Chicago, IL

Reporting to the Network and Data Center Manager, the Data Center Facilities Technician will be a member of the Systems Operations team working closely in the data center to provide a safe, clean, organized and reliable office space and data center environment while continually planning for growth by forecasting needs in advance. The Cloud Administrator is responsible for the daily support of Hostway’s FlexCloud product line. This position will monitor the health of the cloud environments through checks and statistics, evaluate the results, propose changes in design and/or procedures, and then work with the team to deploy any updates in accordance with Hostway’s change management program.
